A desire to help myself and others has led me to coaching. I have a strong background in communication being a playwright and a journalist. As they say: “Writing has been good to me!” But I yearn for a connection with others that reaches beyond the printed page to the person … and, for me, coaching does that. I’ve earned my certification in life coaching through one of the top two schools in the world: International Coach Academy. The fact that coaching is present based and future focused can be a great relief as well as a motivator for those of us who are looking to let go of the past and create our lives. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation which is the governing institution of coaching profession. Through this affiliation I adhere strictly to their detailed list of ethical guidelines. |

| I have a flourishing practice and recently I’ve obtained a great office in which to see clients. I also offer coaching via telephone which works wonderfully. As my practice grows I see that I attract an array of clients some who are women in transition as well as men and women looking for a career change. I offer a program for elementary-aged children that emphasises character building – in a unique and fun way. I am developing a program for help teens see the world clearly and make decisions based on their own values. I also offer sexuality coaching which can enable a client to explore this very important aspect of life that can easily be ignored. I bring enthusiasm and compassion to my work providing tangible results for my clients. |
